Rakennustoimisto Tuuli & Pihlaja Oy is a company specialized in small residential housing and contract work. The company’s main domain is the Turku archipelago including several island locations. Our projects can either be island houses for recreational use or detached houses built on the mainland.

We will assist you in obtaining a property and being a part of the project from design until furnishing. You can rely on having only one contact person being in charge of the project’s progression.

The houses will be designed in collaboration with widely recognized local architects. The entire project can be realized without the need to do anything more than unlocking your front door and entering your new house. However, during the design process you can also have the opportunity to contribute to the planning of the project.

You will be informed on the progress of the construction work either on site or by having the report sent to you per mail. The working language is English or Finnish and most of our company’s clientele comes from abroad.
Our strength is attention to detail, project execution and flexibility during the construction process. As a final result you will have a unique house with long-lasting architecture, structure and quality.
